The Manukau Youth Orchestra started the band programme and Manurewa Intermediate in 2021. It was tough going with all the lockdowns throughout the pandemic and at the beginning of 2022 we held lessons outside! This year we are teaching trumpet, saxophone, flute and clarient on Tuesdays and Thursday at the school.
